ART CRAWL 2024: July 12

I'll be joining some wonderful artist friends over at Art Crawl 2024 as a first-time vendor.

EMOTE ART COMMISSIONS: CLOSED

COMMISSION CONTRACT

a. COMMISSION FEE: The Client shall agree to pay Orichiwa the total commission fee as follows:
1st payment - Half the of the total fee upfront
2nd payment - The other half of the total fee once the commission is completeb. REVISIONS: The Client will have one (1) opportunity for small revisions when viewing the draft of the commission sent via email. Any additional revisions after the draft phase of the commission will be an extra $10/revision.c. COMMERCIAL RIGHTS: The Client will use the commission for personal uses ONLY (ex. printing for yourself, decoration for one's social media platforms, as wallpaper etc.).d. SOCIAL MEDIA USE: Orichiwa's art including commissions are subject to being shared on her platforms and as protected samples for other Clients to view. Orichiwa will never, however, display details of her Clients that are associated with the commission. Please contact Orichiwa with any questions.e. REFUNDS: Upon completion of the commission and payment, refunds will not be given. If the commission product has a major issue (ex. product is damaged, was lost etc.), please contact Orichiwa right away for further instructions.f. TERMINATION: This contract may be terminated by either Party upon written notice if the other Party fails to meet the obligations stated by the Contract and fails to remedy within 3 days of receiving the notice. Neither Party, however, shall be liable for any failure to perform the obligations under the contract if they are prevented from doing so by a force majeure event (ex. natural disaster).
